Virtual Postpartum Doula Care
A your postpartum doula, virtually I can provide: emotional support, evidenced-based information, and guidance on topics such as:
- A postpartum plan (discussed prenatally)
- Breastfeeding education, including pumping & bottle feeding (with breastmilk or formula)
- Techniques for bonding with your new baby (including baby wearing)
- Basic baby care: diapering, bathing, dressing, swaddling, umbilical cord & circumcision care
- Tips & tricks for infant soothing and reading baby’s cues
- Support for emotional & physical recovery from birth
- Screening for perinatal mood disorders
- Understand impact of hormones, sleep, diet and how important self care is
Virtual 4th Trimester Bundle – $1000

- Prenatal ZOOM call (2 hours or 2 – 1 hour calls)
- Discuss postpartum recovery & what you’ll need
- Go over postpartum plan together

Welcome Home Package – $150
- One 4-hour in-home visit, used within 1st month after birth

- 12 hours postpartum doula care
- Three 4-hour in-home visits, used within first 3 months after birth

Witching Hour Package – $175

- 4-hour in-home visit (typically 5-9pm)

Back-to-Work Package – $750
- 20 hours of Postpartum Doula Care
- Five 4-hour in-home visits
- Support during transition back to work outside the home
- Education about pumping & storing milk
- Tips on introducing a bottle for the 1st time
- Help keeping the household running smoothly
Intensive Back-to-Work Breastfeeding Package – $124

Infant Nanny Services, childcare only – $28/hour
